- •60ml Summit Hearth gin
- •10ml Honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
- •2 dashes Angostura bitters
- •1 dash Orange bitters
- •Large ice cube
- •Orange peel
Method
- 1Add honey syrup and bitters to a rocks glass
- 2Stir briefly to combine
- 3Add the large ice cube
- 4Pour Summit Hearth over the ice
- 5Stir gently for 20 seconds
- 6Express orange peel oils and add as garnish
