- •50ml Summit gin (any variety)
- •25ml Fresh lemon juice
- •15ml Simple syrup
- •Soda water to top
- •Lemon wheel and mint for garnish
- •Ice cubes
Method
- 1Fill a Collins glass with ice
- 2Add Summit gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup
- 3Stir well to combine
- 4Top with soda water
- 5Gently stir once more
- 6Garnish with lemon wheel and fresh mint sprig
